Agape Ministries Food Pantry

Visit our food pantry at our Client Services Building, located at 1220 East Spring Street in St. Marys, Ohio, just one block north of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ending time for each pantry period. This allows our volunteers to best serve everyone.

Food Pantry Hours

Who Is Eligible?

Food assistance may be received every 30 days. All clients will be asked to verify that they meet the requirements on the USDA Eligibility to Take Food Home Form, which clearly states that by verifying you are providing a self-declaration that your income does not exceed 200% of the poverty level per household size. We will also ask you if all information is still accurate or if changes should be made to your file.

  • To be eligible to receive food from the Agape Food Pantry, you must be a resident of western Auglaize County, which covers Minster, New Bremen, New Knoxville and St. Marys.
  • Picture identification and proof of residency are required each time you visit the pantry. Your picture identification can be a driver’s license, state ID, student ID, etc.
  • A proof of residency must be a legitimate piece of mail with your name, address and a visible date not exceeding 30 days prior to the visit for all residents of the household who are 18 years of age or older. An example would be a utility bill, cable bill, telephone bill, etc.

Proxy Letter Form

If you will be picking up food for someone else — or someone else is picking up food for you — you will need to fill out our proxy letter form to give permission.
